Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut as a sourcing tool for roles across the organization. We use it as a sourcing tool in conjunction with LinkedIn. We use it for technical talent as well as the business. We also use it to run reports on diversity and get an understanding of new markets that we are entering.
- finding unique profiles that would not otherwise be found
- helps to formulate your boolean searches
- helps with diversity hiring
- produces reporting on diversity
- wish it could be used as a messaging platform
- contact info is not always up to date
- would be nice if there was a way to generate reports on salaries
- deeper candidate reach through use of filers and boolean search builders
- ability to source in higher volumes
