Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to search for talented professionals who would be a great skill and cultural fit for Etsy in general. Our efforts using SeekOut also help us with our DEI initiatives. Using the platform has been significant among our various teams, and we will continue to learn and utilize it as time progresses.

The support from SeekOut has been impressive, with reaching out and contacting us directly if we need anything. So far, I've been ok as I've been learning and figuring things out on my own. But I'll certainly leverage my teammates and the SeekOut helpdesk soon. These will be helpful to me.
SeekOut is more robust with the AI and Diversity Filters versus the other recruiting and networking platforms. I'm excited to learn and implement more as my go-to search and engagement engine. There is a lot more to learn and for SeekOut to improve upon. The key is simplicity and speed. These both will be very helpful.

SeekOut is great by being a more robust platform, especially among DEI initiatives to expand my searches which is separate from LinkedIn. The current platform is relatively easy to use, and this is a significant attractive feature. Also, there is an excellent support to assist us when we come across any issues and need answers to questions.
