Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use seek out to sourced candidates. Specifically I find SeekOut most useful to build diverse talent pipelines, or to search for niche skillsets, as the search functionality within SeekOut is a lot more granular than LinkedIn.
Pros
- Detailed Filters
- Detailed boolean functionality
- Diversity filters
- Market Insights
Cons
- Complexity of boolean and filtering can be difficult / time consuming to grasp
- Would be great to be able to "hide" candidates from a search to avoid seeing the same results arise who aren't a fit
- Can be time consuming to source on SeekOut as it doesn't integrate with linkedin, therefore profiles need to be opened in public LI then recruiter LI to inmail which takes twice as long
- increased diversity representation
- able to better speak to talent Lanscape due to market insights, resulting in more agility
