Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use seek out to sourced candidates. Specifically I find SeekOut most useful to build diverse talent pipelines, or to search for niche skillsets, as the search functionality within SeekOut is a lot more granular than LinkedIn.

Cons

Complexity of boolean and filtering can be difficult / time consuming to grasp
Would be great to be able to "hide" candidates from a search to avoid seeing the same results arise who aren't a fit
Can be time consuming to source on SeekOut as it doesn't integrate with linkedin, therefore profiles need to be opened in public LI then recruiter LI to inmail which takes twice as long

increased diversity representation
able to better speak to talent Lanscape due to market insights, resulting in more agility

Support Rating

very responsive team who are willing to support with building strings, and they really care about getting it right. It can sometimes be a bit time consuming to troubleshoot though if you need support with a certain search.

We're so glad to hear about your success with SeekOut, in particular for hiring from Under Represented Groups, which is a big part of our mission! We're making some improvement to Search that will make it even easier to find highly relevant skillsets without the need for Boolean search - stay tuned!
