Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut has been an excellent tool to provide insights into available talent in different market areas and to uncover themes on how to expand a search for the right candidate. It has also been useful to source passive candidates for open roles. My team has used SeekOut successfully for general professional hiring, executive recruitment, niche roles, and in the IT space. I have especially valued the insights on diversity of talent pools for a given role and market area.

- SeekOut has paid for itself in the tech space by eliminating the need to use external agencies for historically hard to fill roles.
We decided to use SeekOut because of the ease of use, global search capabilities, insights reporting, and diversity features. We still partner with Linkedin Recruiter and their platform as SeekOut works hand in hand with LinkedIn.
