Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We used SeekOut to research leads and get data on certain profiles for our outreach strategy. I know HR did use it for talent acquisition.

Pros

  • Talent acquisision
  • Give you data on candidates
  • Have lots of filters to make the right research

Cons

  • Sometimes, too many filters actually makes you feel overwhelmed
  • better at onboarding people
  • making sure people use the tool properly
  • hired great candidates
  • found leads that were familiar with certain tools
  • not sure how it really impacted our business to be honest other than being another tool allowing us to find leads or candidates
It was actually pretty good. I remember we wrote an email asking for a quick training on the tool because we didn't know how to make the best out of it. It would have been nice to have that training right at the start.
I think SeekOut provides way more detailed info on the leads. However, less info on the companies that those leads have worked for.

I believe this is a great tool for talent acquisition. In my case, it was more for lead sourcing. It did work and provided a lot of data, but sometimes I wished I had more data on the companies people were working for than the actual candidate.
