SeekOut provides an updated database of various talents worldwide.This enables us to avoid the same candidates' visible profile again and again. You can get the necessary information of candidates such as skills, qualifications and achievement. Worldwide access is available. It saves your time by avoiding scrolling through every candidate's profile.

Pros

  • It is customized with boolean search and allows users to merge the keywords with advanced features to get best results.
  • With complex keywords, it searches till best possible outcomes by utilizing powerful filters.
  • It’s basic features is to find the best capable candidates, it sends users personalized messages through email.

Cons

  • I have checked and found, sometimes filters are not the best and it shows profiles that you are not looking for.
  • Sometimes I find candidates I have reviewed disappear from the pipeline.
  • Gathering contact information like email or phone number.
  • It has fantastic features to help recruiters find any specific needs they are searching for to find the perfect candidate.
  • The tool is straightforward to use and find the necessary information.
  • I like that I can sort and search within the tool for additional skills as well as the talent insights.
It is easy to automate what used to be very manual processes. This
allows us to move for efficiently and reserves bandwidth for us to be
more intentional towards broadening our talent pools to be more

It is very easy to use tool and embed with powerful tools, which helps to find diverse and well qualified candidates and improve the chance to hire the right talent. I enjoy the diversity tags and power filters that can be used in Seekout. I would recommend this software to others. Very easy to navigate.
