Overall Satisfaction with SEMRush
Being able to have reports that multiple teams can access is a key piece of our SEMRush usage. There isn't much data modification needed, if at all, before sending over to higher level associates and decision-makers. Always evolving, SEMRush masters one element of the search world before moving onto the next.
- Keyword Research - a crucial piece of SEO and SEM, SEMRush makes this much easier with their easily navigable screens of data.
- Reporting - very user-friendly
- Support for subdomains. We have a parent company, but our territories website is housed on a subdomain. This makes it very hard to track keyword rankings, ppc campaigns etc for our "company" as opposed to the national campaigns.
- Helped me find keywords to target, which allowed me to optimize our pages

The support team answered my questions before I became a user. The responses I received were not canned, and were specific to what I had asked. Not only did they answer my question, they gave suggestions on how to best used the product as well. Plus, having all of the blog and webinar content available for free is awesome.
If I had to do it again, I would buy all of the products for a month and test them side by side. I think Moz has a lot of great features too, but I can't justify having two systems and SEMRush wins it out for our needs at this time.
