Overall Satisfaction with SEMRush
Our company began using SEMRush to help us better serve our clients needs for better Internet exposure through higher search ranking and social media reach. Our core team uses it extensively to research relevant keywords, assess content performance, and develop site analysis for new clients considering our services. It has been a great tool for showing clients the progress they make by trusting our company with their web content development and social media marketing.
- SEMRush produces beautiful, easy to read analytics and data sheets that we use to customize reports for our clients. This allows us to do competitive analysis between similar clients to produce case studies of success, a great marketing tool for our company.
- The reports are easy to understand for non-technical clients like ours. We deal primarily with lawyers, doctors, and professionals who know they need Internet marketing but don't completely understand the jargon. SEMRush strips out the pretentiousness and lets us show our clients solid data that they can understand and appreciate.
- The keyword research tool is a constant source of inspiration for our writers and content managers. We're never at a loss for ideas for content topics when we do a site analysis or keyword research!
- It would be nice to have a branded dashboard with our logo to link our clients to so they can track their site's growth in real time without us having to show them reports all the time.
- SEMRush has made our keyword research SO much easier and more efficient. No more using multiple sources, it's all in one place.
- Generating client reports for site analysis or audits takes a few clicks and I have some report-ready data sets in a variety of formats to place in our PDFs.
- Whenever a client is in doubt of their progress, I can easily pull the data necessary to reassure them that their SEO and content marketing is working properly - no more empty words, we can create the proof through trusted info from SEMRush!
Google Analytics can be a bit tricky to read and interpret if you're not a super expert. SEMRush presents the same information in more formats, more user-friendly, and more easily shared with our clients. Plus there's no tricky codes required for use - something that Google Analytics uses that makes my life difficult as we work with multiple webmasters who sometimes take forever to activate the analytics codes properly.
