Overall Satisfaction with SEMRush
We utilize SEM Rush for every one of our SEO and social media accounts. We use it to streamline and speed up reports, error correction, and social media sharing.
- Ease of use was a huge concern and this is easy to use and the reports are easy for our clients to understand.
- It has the capability to grow with an organization from a single website to several hundred.
- When there was a feature we needed that didn't exist the team at SEM Rush added it to the queue and was implemented which we weren't expecting.
- Within the analytics be able to see more information about social media and the search engine reporting.
- The one area we find that we would love is the integration of Local Search as right now that is a separate application for us.
- Having the ability to send out reviews /testimonials to customers and collecting the information would be great.
- The biggest ROI has been savings in labor.
- We previously had a program that offered more in some areas and kept us from moving forward. We still miss those features (noted earlier) but beyond that this was the right decision for us to grow.
