- Lack documentation regards automation trees.
- Lack of clarity about Campaigns and Automations and how both concepts could be merged in a stunning setup service.
- Lack of examples, best practices, or suggested world-class uses that can be done in Sendinblue.
- For new customer there must be an accompanying to do the first automation.
- Blueprint accelerator for new customers (to reduce the learning curve).
- Sendinblue covers our required services in our Sales & Mkt ecosystem with a saving of man-hours of 35%.
I decide on Sendinblue for their price and pretty good customer and support service, honestly, my first option always was Autopilot.
