Sendinblue Should be at the top of your list of Email Marketing Solutions!

Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue

Originally, I used Sendinblue as an email marketing solution for my company. However, with respect to their CRM solution, I am evaluating the functionality for possible utilization for my sales team as a low-cost CRM deployment to augment my use of the vastly more expensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales professional.
  • Email Campaign Builder.
  • Innovation in adding new features, (i.e. CRM and Inbox).
  • Very responsive Technical Support.
  • Local U.S. Support Representative Available by Chat or Phone.
  • Quick product innovation implementation.
  • As I support two organizations for use of Sendinblue, it would be nice to link accounts for the purpose of sharing campaign builder assets between organizations.
  • The ability to build and use campaign templates for deployment in "one-off" emails generated through the inbox.
  • A folder structure withing image files to organize graphic images, (i.e. Staff Photos, Company Logos, Product Image Files, etc.
  • Continued enhancements of the CRM component, email tracking, hierarchical account relationships.
  • Outstanding Value with appropriate pricing models.
  • Sufficient and easy to use or intuitive Campaign Building Tools.
  • Enhanced with CRM capabilities.
  • Continued product innovation and enhancements.
Two of the three I listed offer a similar pricing model as Sendinblue, though I have not yet evaluated the product thoroughly. I have been a customer of Constant Contact prior to my use of Sendinblue. Their pricing model predicates price points by BOTH numbers of contact records stored as well as the number of emails sent (no good for my business).

The primary reason I selected Sendinblue is their "Pricing Model", specifically, they allow a client to keep an unlimited number of account/contact records or "recipients" without impacting plan price. We service a number of different vertical markets and industries, consequently, we keep a very large number of contacts online and I do not have to pay additionally for them. My cost is as it should be, based on the number of users and the number of outbound emails sent each month.

CRM Functionality Enhancement. Recently Sendinblue created a feature for their CRM allowing you both conatct and Company record views.
Contact import had always been there, but I wanted to see a company record import as well, I contacted them and within a business day, (24 hours) the feature was implemented!
