Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

At our company, we use SS for approx. 5 people. It is utilized by our Online department and our Account Managers.
  • Easy to use.
  • Complete cloud marketing automation.
  • Lots of options.
  • Email editor.
  • Sales part - funnels.
  • Reports.
  • More leads.
  • Easier making of landing pages.
SS is faster and offers better marketing automation than some others - but for example, Eloqua is a little bit better - it is smarter at email creation.
SS is great at CRM using the segmentations, but SS is not so good at creation of the emails.

a year ago, there was a problem with support desk - we did not see our request, so there was not help from ShS. now it gets better. but during corona the response took longer...
