Overall Satisfaction with ShippingEasy
We use ShippingEasy mainly to generate USPS labels on items we sell online. The product eliminates having to manually input customers' addresses in order to generate postage and labels.
- Import data from various online sales apps.
- Generate USPS postage
- Keeps records for easy tracking
- offer volume discount on USPS postage
- offer royalty points for customers
- offer better customer service (not that it is bad right now)
- Reduce time
- Reduce workload by employees
- Easy to learn and use
- For minimum monthly fees, it reduces probably 20% of workload of one of my employee
- Program is really simple to learn.
- Works well for our company!
