Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
I started using Shopify once I started experiencing issues with our previous e-commerce website. Our whole business now runs on Shopify and we haven't looked back. It is used for both customer orders and wholesale orders and easily integrates with other platforms we use like ShipStation and MailChimp. The user experience is so easy and works great for beginners or those who are more advanced in the e-commerce world.
- Bug-free, no glitches
- Customization
- Easy to use
- Easier advanced customization
- Expanded options of free or cheap official shopify apps
- Always up, always running, very few down times. My previous site had constant issues that made me miss out on thousands of dollars of sales.
- Pretty good themes. The landing pages look great but I do wish that normal pages were easier to customize so every page could look just as great.
I started with WooCommerce because I had used it previously at my old job. It gets the job done but because of constant updates and themes with poor coding, your site can have issues that you don't always know about. I easily missed out on thousands of dollars of sales in just a few days because of a simple issue that I didn't know about until a customer sent me an email. Paying $30 a month to shopify is well worth never having to experience that issue again.
