Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Shopify for our online e-commerce store. We use it throughout our whole organization. It's solving the business problem of having an easy e-commerce solution. The back-end system makes it easy for everyone to use. We have a bunch of Shopify sites for each of our brands that our company uses.

I'd like to see more free templates that are similar to Squarespace
Better designs for websites that only have 1-3 products
Make customization easier for non-tech savvy people

Alternatives Considered

Squarespace and Volusion

We used Volusion for a while, but switched over because Shopify was a lot easier to use. It has an easier check-out process, better templates, easier management of products, and is user-friendly. Squarespace on the other hand, we still use because we think it's better when we want to highlight one product.

Likelihood to Recommend

Shopify is good if you have a lot of products and are looking for an e-commerce store. It handles many products better than squarespace, and is easier to manage/learn than websites like volusion. It's a great website for starting off. It feels less appropriate if you only have 1 product - use something like squarespace instead.
