Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
Shopify is used across our whole organization. It is our store front. It really simplifies the retail shopping experience for both the seller and buyer. There are several apps that can be used congruently to help with statistics and email marketing.
- They have a great, easy to use system that simplifies both the seller & buyer's experience.
- There are a large amount of apps that can be integrated very easily.
- They provide detailed analytics to help you get to know your customers' buying habits.
- They do not have a great BOGO application (this isn't a huge con, but is one that we have run in to).
- There have been a few instances where they haven't picked up on fraudulent orders (again, I am being a little harsh, because there have been very few circumstances like this).
- We have been using Shopify since our store opened and it has allowed us to keep the ball moving without having to worry too heavily on HTML and coding (thanks to their many professional templates).
- Because the storefront is clean and easy to manage, buyers are more likely to view and make purchases.
