Overall Satisfaction with Shopify Plus
Shopify Plus is being used by the majority of our team to power our e-commerce store. Our entire team knows how to log in to our website backend, make proper changes, look up orders, and get customer info.
- They have a great support staff who responds quickly to any issues we have.
- The backend is very easy to use for people who do not have a ton of web experience.
- I love how they can update the entire platform with zero downtime.
- There is no way to track revenue per coupon code in a nice graph layout like the "Reports" section does for sales.
- Seamless integration into third party vendors.
- Free sShipping on a product specific level.
- Fast loading time across all site pages.
- Mobile site converts very well.
- Allowed us to scale our business without having to leave to another e-commerce partner.
We have not looked at others, Shopify is the best, hands down.
