Overall Satisfaction with Shopify Plus

Shopify Plus is being used by the majority of our team to power our e-commerce store. Our entire team knows how to log in to our website backend, make proper changes, look up orders, and get customer info.

Pros

  • They have a great support staff who responds quickly to any issues we have.
  • The backend is very easy to use for people who do not have a ton of web experience.
  • I love how they can update the entire platform with zero downtime.

Cons

  • There is no way to track revenue per coupon code in a nice graph layout like the "Reports" section does for sales.
  • Seamless integration into third party vendors.
  • Free sShipping on a product specific level.
  • Fast loading time across all site pages.
  • Mobile site converts very well.
  • Allowed us to scale our business without having to leave to another e-commerce partner.
We have not looked at others, Shopify is the best, hands down.
It is great for a brand who wants to easily scale the e-commerce part of their business.
