We used Sigma Computing as a window for visualization on top of Snowflake. It was very good at creating that interactive layer on top of Snowflake so analysts could quickly create outcomes and calculations. They could then be embedded into our application using the analytics embedded function.

Sigma Computing was a part of our strategy to provide data as a service instead of as a team within the business. We wanted teams to take on their own analysis and integrate data into their own practices. Sigma Computing helps us get there by providing a great UI on top of Snowflake.
Sigma Computing is the place where this rapid experimentation and improvement happens. We can have a hypothesis, cut the data in Snowflake into a dashboard and then share it with end-users and iterate it. All within the browser and not slowing down our development teams. That was one of our main objectives. Being able to progress without a heavy engineering investment.
