Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
We use SignNow to send and receive digital signatures for all of our purchase contracts. It's intuitive to use and allows us to be sophisticated by adding colleagues to the notifications. I especially like being able to add a custom "thank you" link for each buyer.

- Creating templates from scratch with multiple signers (3+) takes some forethought
- The price per user adds up quickly when we only use it 1-2 times per month
- The templates save time and make this product valuable
- The auto follow-up makes it easy to remind customers to sign
- Sometimes emails get stuck in the spam folder. This could be an issue because it takes us extra time to provide an explanation to customers.
