Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I use SignNow to send contracts for patients to sign on their own time at home. We are an orthodontics office and see patients in our office and at times they are not ready to start treatment. This allows them to sign the needed contracts to begin treatment after they have left. It saves them from making another trip.
  • Creating a signing link.
  • Create templates.
  • Emailing me when documents have been signed.
  • I would like to have the option for a "check box" and it requires a yes or no to be chosen.
  • Major positive to offer to sign things at home or their office after they've looked at everything.
  • Also good for me to still get the sale without pressuring.
I had an issue when we first signed up with the billing. I was able to call in and speak to someone and explain we are a small office and new to all of the needs for this. We were very thankful they worked with us and helped during a crazy time in the world.
There are a few things that I would like to change about setting up the templates. Just wish I could have a couple more options as far as the required vs the not required. Due to working with patients, there is a medical history form with yes and no questions. I wish I could require the yes or the no.

Durning Covid we had to send out a consent form to each of our patients to fill out and sign before seeing them. I was able to send them out the evening before so that it would not interrupt treatment. I also use it as a convenience for our patients to sign their contracts at home when they have had more time to look over things.
