Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I use SignNow for both client contracts and for contracts with my contractors. I don't have full-time employees, so each project has a contract with each of the hand-selected team members.
  • Automated email communication and signature follow up.
  • Easy interface to add fields.
  • The variety of fields and options is great.
  • Tutorials? I think pushing these more within the system would help users leverage more of the system.
  • Saved time with automated follow up.
I haven't really used customer support, but I would expect it to be top-notch.
I love the automation and the fact that I don't have to make sure things get done.

Would you buy SignNow again?

Yes

SignNow is very well suited for quick contracts that require multiple field types - my contracts have a signature, date, and initials on the Statement of Work.

I think SignNow would be less appropriate for contracts that have many components changed, or that need to be negotiated.
