SignNow is used to sign contracts and agreements internally and externally.
  • Drag and drop - easy to use.
  • Plug and play - intuitive with no complex workflows or integrations to figure out.
  • Good value - at the lower end of the market with mid end features.
  • Template signing links don't capture emails.
  • Quicker signing.
  • Easier use.
  • Reduced costs.

Good for quickly signing/initialing a document. Good for creating multiple signatories with signing orders & track who has signed.
Not the best for templates that aren't sent to a particular user- although some useful workarounds still.
