Skype is used to communicate with other peers all over our organization.

Pros

  • Video calls, voice calls, chats, and screen sharing.
  • Screen recording.
  • User search.

Cons

  • Mobile and desktop app performance.
  • Launch time on the desktop app takes too long.
  • It shouldn't impact other apps performance during launch.
  • Quick communication.
  • Connectivity with peers for quick catch-ups.
  • Screen sharing and recording are beneficial for reviewing the information later.
It is the best software that I have used in the last 7 years.
