Overall Satisfaction with Skype
It has allowed us to connect with our team members around the world in one on one scenarios. It is helpful to be able to see them face to face even when we cannot see them in person very often. It makes us feel closer. However, it has not been great for groups.

Skype is great for one on one calls and easy catch ups. However, when it comes to talking in a more professional setting and in a group setting, we have gone with other communication services. Skype is great for video conferencing with one other person though and I would recommend it for that.
