Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

We use video conferencing to connect our doctors to their patients and out of all the product we use, Skype for Business is a definite leader among a plethora of options. We have to use and/or have used most of the products out there due to the different requirements at each location and if asked I'll recommend Skype for Business every time.

Pros

  • Great audio / video
  • Easy to deploy and manage
  • Secure

Cons

  • Pricey
  • Copy & Paste of screenshots into the IM tends to freeze the program
  • Definitely worth the investment
Skype for Business has made itself a clear leader among the pack. I would put it at the top of the list because it's easy to deploy/manage and simply works great!
This is a professional level product so it's best for larger organizations. For small organizations and/or personal use, I'd recommend a different option.
