Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

Skype for Business is used as a means of communicating between colleagues. Similar to texting on a cell phone. [The] video camera sometimes lags and in my case locks my laptop.
  • Can view if a user is available to contact.
  • I can change my status to inform colleagues I'm out of [the] office.
  • Video capability.
  • [The] program seems to lag. Not sure if it's a program issue or [an] employer issue.
  • [The] video camera is not as clear as [the] Microsoft Teams video camera.
  • Easy to video chat unless there's a delay.
  • Love the feature of changing one's status.
  • Can keep tabs on [the] team.
Skype for Business is a little slower [than] Microsoft Teams.
