Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

Skype is mainly used as the main web-based communications tool for interacting with customers through several ways including video chat, video conferencing and instant messaging. It is also used to connect with colleagues within the organization and collaborate on tasks opening a door for ideas and boosting productivity among employees.
  • We can host up-to 250 people into a Skype conference from the comfort of their homes.
  • It operates on all devices helping users link up and communicate at any time.
  • There isn't much of a learning curve for users to operate.
  • It is not advisable to have many chats open at the same as this may cause unresponsiveness.
  • Users should be patient when sharing large files as this can take time to complete.
  • Saved a lot money that would be spent on business travel.
  • Teams that were geographical separated are brought together via video conferencing.
  • We have improved customer relationships by having more engaging and personal conversations.
Skype for Business is the most popular web conferencing tool and with extremely flexible pricing. Many businesses have considered it to be the most inexpensive VoIP services provider offering a plethora of communication channels that make it possible to connect with anyone in the Skype network whether they are inside or outside the organization.
