Overall Satisfaction with Slack
[Slack is used by our organization] to consult with a higher level advisor and other departments. Used by the whole organization entry advisor level to resolve issues that are beyond advisor level and ensure first contact resolution.
- Quick chat-like responses
- Incredibly clear and easy to understand/use interface
- Literally none that I could identify for the use we make of it.
- Unfortunately I am not aware of the return on investment, however I can tell you it made my work life (as an Advisor) easier.
Slack has a much easier to understand interface, less loading time and overall a faster/cleaner feel, also provide few additional functionalities to make usage even easier, faster and productive. Nicer to the eye also.
