Overall Satisfaction with Slack
I have been using Slack for the past year. It has been a great experience. Our organization uses it for the discussion of problems related to projects. We also have the option of grouping the teams for specific channels. It is more secure than using our own chat app and also has more features for specified chats for direct messages. It has more advantages to it. In this [tool] we have options like special reactions to messages, specific user files, directories and it also has an excellent Slackbot for the clarification of uncertain things. Slack addresses issues such as web development related bugs in the code.
- We can have a separate channel to ventures for discussions regarding the issues in a project.
- It has an individual chat option with the member of the organization.
- It has the great the virtual reaction emoji.
- When we click on the channels it shows all channels related to that user in a new white screen with an empty layout. The appearance of it would be better if it was like a pop-up model.
- It would be better to have functionality for video calls so that we can record a meeting to be reviewed later.
- Good to have slack which makes it easier for tracking the status of the project timeline.
- As per my use it's a positive impact on your business.
