Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Slack for interoffice communications across our organization.

Pros and Cons

Does a great job at interoffice collaboration
Reduces email communication
Improves work flows

Office 365 integration with SSO would be great
Reduced cost compared to MS Teams
Having multiple owner admin accounts would be great

Return on Investment

Turn around time for projects has improved
Slack is more expensive than offerings that are included for free, such as MS Teams
Multi-tenant support is a huge selling point over MS Teams

Alternatives Considered

The API and hook integration is very good along with having the ability to have multi-tenants is key within one platform

Support Rating

Having the ability for both phone and chat support is great and the hold times are very reasonable

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for interoffice communications but the most for outside office communications. Collaboration is great with Slack. I wish it had better reporting.
