Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is the main form of professional communication within teams. It is a very well organized software so it helps keep all the team conversations private and secure if a person is a part of more than one team. The channels is the most used feature in our organization. For example, each hackathon has their own channel.
- Channels - They are really helpful to manage different events and project teams.
- Slack Bot - It was a very helpful feature to learn how to use slack.
- Personal contacts - It is helpful when I want to have some particular conversation and there is no spam because only the members are there because they were added by the organization.
- Maybe have a better UI for the homepage
- Have more information available about participants - since it's mostly used professionally it is safe to share a little more information on a profile
- Have an option to make the information visible or not.
- It has been great for conversations because of ease of access on phone and desktop
- Made communication within a team more efficient
Whatsapp - Slack is more professional
