Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack companywide for collaboration between employees and departments. Slack is also customer facing so our customers have an option to use Slack for communication between our customer service and technical support departments. The collaboration capabilities have greatly increased response times and closed gaps within the company and our customers.
- Slack has great support for webhooks and API integration.
- Constant new features and improvements are updated and added.
- Having the ability to try and use the free version and having the option to upgrade later is great.
- Great mobile app.
- Multi-company/tenant support is one of the key selling points for Slack.
- Ability to share files is very easy.
- Archive function in the paid version is great.
- Better way to manage channels for end-users.
- The ability for admins to see which users are participating in while channels and certain channels are not being used by end-users have an auto-delete or notify to remove.
- Better integration with Sharepoint and Onedrive.
- Not able to add new users to private direct messages.
- Slack having a free option and enabling it to scale up to a paid version is a great try it before you buy it feature.
- ROI has paid for its self by enabling our departments to collaborate and interact faster and better.
- With constant features being added. Slack has over and beyond our business objectives.
Slack having the ability to be multi-tenant and multi-company is what it really sets itself apart from the rest of the competition out there.
