Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use it to talk to each other and share info, the product solved the problem we had using our private text apps, crossing the line between personal and professional life
- Integrations with another apps/softwares
- Multiple groups of chats
- Fast interface
- Filters to search specific conversations
- Group Calls are confuse in the interface, you don't know if the person in the other side is hearing you or not
- I don't think Slack app is as good as the platform, it's a point that has room for improvement
- Couldn't find another thing to be better
- specific groups for specific subjects
- Awesome integrations withs another apps and softwares
- Calls can be made in the app
- I work in the operational, unfortunately don't have access to the company's ROI
Slack is more effective in the matter of corporate, letting me to separate personal to work life, besides it, slack has features that applies specifically to companies, WhatsApp Business can even help to separate personal to work but in the matter of communicating to my colleags slack is way more useful
