Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack in our company is our main collaboration point. We are a full remote company and we use Slack to chat, exange files, make quick call, all in the same place. One of the other great feature os Slack are the integrations, so you could integrate it with calendar, documents, and receive in real time any notification you might be interested in. Last but not less important we also use Slack with guest users to collaborate closely.
- easy to use
- complete
- integrations
- rock solid
- weight of the client
- integration with external users requests several operations to be set
- pricing
- Positive: it's our focal collaboration point
- positive: it's easy to use
- positive: it has infinite integrations
- negative: pricing
Slack is more modern than the competitors, and It's designed a lot better than the others. With last releases teams has rebuild the app on a different framework trying to fill the gap, but Slack is still better, for usability, interface and integrations. Teams is only better for external collaborations.
