Overall Satisfaction with Slack
In my organisation we use the Slack channel as an everyday communication tool to get important business updates, to pass on important information amoungst customer sales agents related to customer profiles about any updates that need to be made on them. Its excellent ability to enable users to create work groups and pin important information in them is out of thos world.

- Enable receiver to Delete confidential information sent to you that you might mot like being passed on to any other individual
- Call quality
- Voice note quality
- Everyone within the business is informed of important business updates throughout the day.
- We are able to monitor customer satisfaction with the customer service reviews that come in on a daily basis
- We are able to get swift responses from managers when requesting assistance with customer profiles
