Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is a multi purpose communication software. My team is struggling with another communication tool and we were still far away and used to do emails for each simple task. Slack resolves all the problems that exist in previous application. Here we can provide team updates, tag individuals to focus on, group calls, audio video calls, group meetings, process updates, attachment exchange and many more things that we were not able to do in our previous software Brosix. Now Slack has resolve the issue and provided the best features as per the industry requirements.

Cons

  • Slack mobile app should be much lighter to upload
  • Cost effectiveness (if subscription can be reduced)
  • Privacy or lock chat system in public groups can be developed
  • It create a positive impact and really worthful.
  • Time saving tool with outstading features.
  • 100 times better than other tools available in market like Brosix and POD
I am assitant manager and handling different process in two different departments. Slack made my work easy to handle both department in terms of process updates, gteam feed back, surveys, team meetings, group meetings and process update sharing things. It is really a great application which reduce my work and save thousands of hours in past years . I will recommend it for each company and startups.
The applications i have used earlier is not much user friendly, I can not do video calls in groups and tagging system is not available accross the company. Feedback and survey or process updated delivery feature makes Slack different than other companies. Slack is really time saving and easy to use, esay imlemenation and user friendly. It provides a lot of other features like sending large files as attachment, scheduling work, tagging particular emloyee, process update features and many more ........i will strongly recommend it for all companies and startups.

As long as i am using Slack since last 5 years and it is really a great tool which reduced my efforts.
It is really great in group meetings
indivdual tagging or message delivery it is more specific and accurate.
It is really work properly if you are working in certain departments. Categorization of channels accross the department is a outstanding features, It is helpful in providing the team updates. It is also helpful in sending large attachments and many more.... still need a imorvement in group video call some time it hangs up
