We use Slack in our organisation for collaboration and real-time communication. The product allows to safely share information through voice and video calls. It is an easy to use tool with unlimited frequency of implementation and integrates well with Accolader, Accord and ChatCPA among other products. Slack supports a numerous number of langauages from English, German, Korea and Spanish.

- The software is a cheaper and reliable solution for collaboration. It's implementation cost is less that $10 per month.
- Slack has amazing customer support services. They are available 24/7.
- User interface of the software is clean and the set up process is seamless and straightforward.

- Mobile application of the software has very limited features.
- The product highly depends on strong and stable internet connection which limits its usage in upcountry or areas with poor connections.
- Slack has provided us with a reliable communication alternative and eliminated sending of emails. The product has enabled us to keep our team connected and ensured real-time communication.
