Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is our main command center for running our entire business. It's the way I communicate with my internal stakeholders, I even post videos demonstrating different skills, and it's the way I receive information.

Pros

  • Video messages
  • emoji and thread use for collaboration and engagement
  • searching within channels with slack bot or even ctrl f
  • sending reminders
  • workflows to remind team members of tasks

Cons

  • More prompts to help people clean up their channels
  • add tips for organizing sections
  • automatically remind people of messages they haven't responded to without having to use slackbot AI
  • constant collaboration with team
  • slack lists for project management is great
  • canvases for info passing is great
It's the best product on the market
Just cooler and more modern
