Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

We use SmartRecruiters across our Americas organization. The tool has helped automate and report in real time all of our recruiting activities. It has proven to be a highly valued tool, especially in our seasonal ramps. The tool has allowed us the ability to stay in communication with applicants and internally as a Team.
  • The Apps on Android and Iphone are great while on the run.
  • The ability to assess and see that as a consolidated score across Team members is great.
  • Applicants love the auto import from Linkedin and Facebook.
  • Adhoc reporting is not available on Team version.
The ability to import from Social tools is really great for candidates.
The tool keeps everyone informs of a open position and the candidates in consideration.

It's a great tool in the call center industry.

Integrating SmartRecruiters

We were able to use some API integration that helped with our HRIS updates.
No, we use SmartRecruiters as a standalone recruiting solution.
We hope to integrate our recruiting tool into a new HR system but have nor decided on a final product. SmartRecruiters is a outstanding tool and we choose it over having an integrated system that did not offer all the benefits.
Assessment and Job boards are used extensively.

Using SmartRecruiters

15 - HR, Ops, Admin are all users as we rely on it form sourcing to onboarding.
2 - Mostly initial social media coordinator then a handoff to recruiters who start the filters and assessments. They all have intermediate skills in using apps, but SR processes are very intuitive.
  • We ramp each season to a 3x of base and this tool allows for that level of efficiency and speed to fill.
  • The social aspects are very easy to use and makes for easy cross channel ads to specific target groups.
  • The approval flow to Ops as a final sign off has helped keep the process transparent.
  • We host meet-up of 20-30 applicants and in these casual meetings we interact with candidates, we also have Ops and others in the organization join using the tool on their smartphones they are able to assess realtime all of the candidates and after the meet-up HR has all the feedback instantly.
  • Hopefully to integrate into our HRIS tools.
It's been a tool that has given our organization the ability to ramp at speeds and with quality beyond what our local competitors could do.

Using SmartRecruiters

The ease of use is a primary reason we use this tool. Our employees have a full time job and being involved in the recruiting process needs to be easy and fast so they will participate.

  • Reporting dashboards give me confidence we will fill our classes.
  • Some reporting APIs and deep data requires an IT tech to engage especially when we want to import information into our systems.
Yes - Excellent, both on Android and iOS
