SmartRecruiters is being used by our Talent Acquisition Department in order to recruit in a high volume, high turnover environment.
- Organization: SmartRecruiters is an easy way to keep organized pushing candidates through each stage, with indications, as we go.
- Tags: The tag function allows you to pinpoint specifics of certain candidates and search those specifics, when needed.
- App: The SmartRecruiters App allows on the go access for hiring managers to review candidates.
- Recently Viewed: It would be great if SmartRecruiters had a recently viewed section on the side so that you can easily return to recent profiles.
- Pulling Data: SmartRecruiters is limited in pulling specific information and has much room to improve.
- It's been postive in regards to time saving for hiring manager throughout the review process.
- It's been a steep ramp up with SmartRecruiters in order to get the system to the point where it meets all required expectations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo)
SmartRecruiters would rank an average 7 out of 10, with some specifics ranking 10 and some ranking 3 in comparison.
