Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I widely use it with different companies to manage project documentation and updates. It makes it super easy since I can just send other users a link to access it.

Pros and Cons

They keep the interface fairly close to Microsoft Word and Excel so the learning curve is not steep for new users.
It is accessible and usable on almost all types of devices.

Not much to critique since it does pretty much what it is marketed for.

Return on Investment

It has been a really good solution for the smaller projects I have used it for and not too expensive for the ease of use it offers.

Alternatives Considered

JIRA Software

JIRA is better suited for larger-scale projects but that's about all it does. Smartsheet adds more of Excel on the web feature too.

I use it all the time for small project management since it makes it really easy for other people to view/edit progress. If it is a really big project with several stages, this is less suited.
