Overall Satisfaction with SpamTitan

SpamTitan is used across our entire organization to filter spam email messages. It cleans up everyone's inbox by getting rid of all the spam emails. It also catches virus email messages so users don't accidentally download a virus. It then allows you to review all of the "quarantined" messages to ensure valid emails are not accidentally caught in the filter.

  • Easy to view and release messages that are not actually spam
  • Online portal is easy to navigate
  • Settings are easily customized
  • Quarantine email is only sent once a day
  • Payments and billing are confusing and not clear
  • Sometimes whitelisted emails still get caught in spam
  • It clears up clutter from our inboxes allowing email to be more efficient
  • Price is based on a range of users so it doesn't change if you have to add or remove users
We selected SpamTitan many years ago, so nothing sticks out as to why we selected them versus the competition. They have been very good since then so we have not evaluated the competition recently.
SpamTitan's support is very responsive. We have had very few interactions with them but each time, they responded quickly and resolved the issues promptly.

SpamTitan is well suited for anyone looking to reduce the amount of spam they receive and reduce the risk of virus emails making it to unsuspecting inboxes. There really aren't any situations where SpamTitan is not a good option. The spam it filters is truly spam, not mass emails or promotions, only the shady medical scams or princes who won money.
