Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I've been using Splashtop for many years now. It provides me and my company a safe reliable way to access our corporate PC's remotely. It's very easy to setup and use the product. I've had the need to call tech support to fix a few configuration issues and they have been great. I would highly recommend Splashtop if you need remote PC access.
Pros
- Ease of setup.
- Software doing what it was advertised to do.
- Technical support is available when I needed it.
Cons
- I would like to see 2 monitor support for solo user.
- The price point is acceptable.
- Installation is quick to it cuts down on wasted time using internal tech support.
- I have peace of mind knowing Splashtop is safe and tested to keep my computers out of harms way.
Splashtop meets my security concerns with device verification.
Installation is quick and be implemented and trained new users in under one hour.
