Great lightweight software that does as promised.
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop to remotely manage, troubleshoot, and administer all Windows machines in our organization.
It allows us to offer quick and efficient support to our remote users based in other states, and to our area campuses that are spread out over a few miles of within town.
End-users do not have to wait for to get in our car and drive to these locations, and the business saves on fuel reimbursement and employee time.

Pros
- Splashtop is very easy to deploy and use. This makes it a simple choice.
- There is an option for the end user to receive a code for a remote session, just in case the agent is not installed on the remote computer.
Cons
- Splashtop support could improve. There was a feature that Splashtop had, yet none of their support staff seemed to know what it was, or how to find it. This took roughly two weeks of phone calls until a tech was able to find it and help me implement.
- Splashtop has reduced the company's spend on fuel and mileage reimbursements.
- End user satisfaction and productivity is up due to quick issue resolution.
Splashtop provides a solution for us to manage all of our PCs across the United States in a safe and secure manner. Connections are quick, and we are able to work knowing that the client's PC is secure.
Also, 2FA adds another layer of protection for the our techs, no matter where they are.

Splashtop's deployment was simple.
One technician was able to install the agent to all servers and computers over a weekend, by himself.
The agent is a simple install that will have the computer registered in Splashtop in about sixty seconds.
