Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
It is being used by the IT dept and specifically the service desk. they love it because its more than just remote desktop (file transfers, registry editting, etc)

- faster problem solving
- easier file transfer between devices
- streamlined servicedesk processes
very fast. from purchase to testing, they even let us get an extra couple of weeks for testing so our PO could be approved, to then installing it on machines was extremely simple. SSO setup was fast and easy.
