Splashtop allows our business to be highly efficient and affords all employees flexibility

It was first procured during COVID to allow remote work for the entire office, but since has been used by each employee for different levels of remote work. It enables me and my boss to be on the same computer at the same time and to go back and forth between our computers. Splashtop is the absolute best platform that I have heard of or been exposed to, due to its versatility, reliability and immediate access to knowledgeable customer service.

I believe any more would be a nuisance, but the encryption standards and device verification and two factor authentication is at an industry standard level of expectation that is met to my liking.

I was not employed here during the onboarding process, but I know the coworkers that were, and they had everybody's machines connected and accessible within one afternoon of recognizing a need for such a service. The transition was smooth and to the liking and approval of upper management. I have since taken over the role of managing the office's Splashtop accounts and have had only positive experiences.
