Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I use Splashtop integrated with our Remote Monitoring and Management application as well as to access non-managed endpoints via the SOS on-demand portion. It has been a great tool for assisting users remotely with many great features. One of the best features is to be able to select between a console session or remote desktop session on an endpoint when assisting end-users. You also can't beat the cost to implement this solution.

Cons
- possible an easier to type URL for end users. They sometimes hear flashtop instead of Splashtop. So maybe if you all bought an easier-to-say/hear/type URL?
- Very useful in a remote work environment
Splashtop has a great verification process for allowing new admin devices and so far has been great at removing itself from one-off support instances with unmanaged end-user devices.
Getting setup is fast and very easy.
