Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop was originally purchased at the onset of the COVID pandemic to enable office users to work from home. We all still use it but it is mainly used by the administrative office personnel. It is extremely convenient to be able to access our computers remotely to better and more quickly assist field personnel. It has been one of the best purchases we have ever made!
Pros
- Updates are easy and quick.
- Access is simple and reliable.
- Price is competitive.
Cons
- I don't know of any areas to recommend improvement for our use.
- We can always access financial records.
- We can always access personnel records.
- We can always stay up to date even during illness, weather events, etc.
I am completely comfortable with access safety.
We enlisted help from our IT person and had eight computers up and running in a matter of hours. The time involved was just a learning process on our part and not at all inhibited by Splashtop.
