We at Rafi's Spicebox have 10/12 POS units within our retail space, all of which are managed from our central warehouse and management, we use Splashtop to troubleshoot any problems our retail staff is experiencing with the units. We also use Splashtop to coach our staff on new computer procedures.

- Productivity has increased now there is no need for someone to spend hours on a phone explaining to someone else what to do.
Device verification, 2FA is the absolute minimum we would accept for a service like Splashtop however Splashtop Also has end-to-end encryption.
Right from the first trial period, we found Splashtop to be very intuitive and easy to navigate around.
