Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
When the Pandemic hit, we needed to implement telehealth services in a short time period. On top of this, we needed to find a user-friendly remote access platform that allowed my clinical staff to access the EMR systems we use for charting while they service patients from/at remote locations in lieu of in-person, face-to-face services. Splashtop met those needs.
- Quick remote desktop connections
- Easy to use
- Lack of any technical difficulties / problems
- set up on a Mac is significantly more cumbersome than on a PC
- We are now able to render services remotely from home
- Snow days that have closed the office, have NOT resulted in lost revenues
In the mental health field, patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance are 2 catchphrases that are CONSTANTLY on our minds. Splashtop has allowed us to ensure that we can continue to serve patients while ensuring their privacy.
From my first phone call and consultation when I was initially comparing market options, to the time I said, "let's do this", to the time I needed some assistance setting up my first users, Splashtop was there supporting me along the way in a manner that even a "non-IT" guy like myself could understand and follow.
